1 very cold radiator!

I don't get it! We have about 5 other radiators and their fine, but just 1 won't heat up! The valve is open, but the pipe up to the valve is cold, and so is the whole radiator. I opened the bleeder and no air comes out, just very cold water...

Any ideas?

Close the valves and take the rad off.

Then open each valve in turn and see if water comes out into a bucket.

You may find one is blocked.

The water colour should be clear, not black.
