10mm Isolating Valves

Hope you guys can help

Do you get 100mm isolating valves for water. I have 10mm plastic running throughout my house feeding radiators and sink etc. I wanted to install isolating valves for the hot and cold feeding my sink, however can't see them anywhere. Is it a case of using a reducer either side and fitting a 15mm valve. Or 1 reducer and using a flexi hose with isolater built in
