10x7 floor tanking

Hello all,

I am doing a wet room upstairs in the main bathroom I am at the stage of laying the ply over the joists my concern is the slope to the drain.
I am tanking the whole room and was wondering what to do?
I am using sheets of square mosaic where the shower area will be and a normal floor tile for the rest of the floor.
The area for the mosaic will be 7 ft wide by 4 ft length what should I do about making it slope so that the water will go to the drain?
