Hi need some Expert advice.
My new combi Worcester Boiler comes on and then after about 30 seconds the Flame Light goes out. Sealed system Pressure gauge was reading 1.0 bar, Ihave repressured it to 1.3 Bars. It still does not stay ON.
Last time this happened, Worcester engineer replaced Pump saying faulty pump cause overheating & system cuts out.
I can repair Pump, but will I disturb any Sealed Pressurised system, what precautions should I take. Can I do any serious damage.
I am DIY capable as an Electronic Engineer.
Help !!! Thanks.

If it's only 13 months old I would push for Worcester to fix it for free, unless it wasn't fitted to the Benchmark Log book which came with your boiler and by a proper chap then tough tit, I know the warranty is only 12 months but it comes under the fit for purpose and should be expected to last longer than that, particularly if you had the same problem while it was under warranty.

The only procautions I can suggest you take is DONT DO IT YOURSELF.

Please contact a decent heating person to do it for you

Sorry but this is not a DIY kinda job
