Sorry for posting again! But I am a bit phased by this. My granda's house was built in 1986. The survey pointed out that there was Asbestos in the garage roof. However it's not the Asbestos cement type roof, it's just part of the house with a tiled roof presumably the concrete type with reddish colour tile. The only thing I can think of is perhaps the under cloaking?

Might be the internal ceiling (mine is AC) or the soffits, just contact the guy and get him to explain, that's what I have done in the past, after all he has been paid enough!
