Replacing brake pads is normally a straightforward job, unless components are corroded or stuck in which case it can be a bit a trial.
I recommend you get the Haynes manual for this model, and work carefully. If you can get someone with more experience to help, so much the better.
Sealey and Sykes Pickavant have good ranges of specialist brake tools if you need them for your vehicle. You'll need some Coppaslip, and a can of brake cleaner is useful. Also, a micrometer or calliper to measure the disc thickness.
You don't need me to tell you that the consequences of getting the reassembly wrong could be very serious.
