Hey when first fixing and bringing rad. pipes up through the floor what is the standard distance to come up away from the wall for a single panel rad.?

Isn't going to be a fancy rad. The make is K-rad but can't find any information on pipe centres etc. Looked at over manufactures and they are all about between 45-51mm for a single panel rad.

Buy your rad first and then you have all the distances and cuts out the guess work.

Be sure to insulate the pipe with 10mm wall armaflex and allow this to exit the floor along with the pipe.
That gives you some lateral movement in all directions as well as the obvious benefit.
Batten the wall to secure the pipe if the rads not being fitted.

Ideally do a wall exit.
