2 gang dimmer wire loose

Hello all,

Was working normally (one dimmer for each light), now my 2 gang dimmer is (wrongly) controlling both lights from only 1 dimmer, the other dimmer doing nothing at all. So switched the main box off and took it out....
This is what I have, pic attatched.

2 gang dimmer is a Knighstbridge CS2182AB

Where does the loose wire go back into please?

I find it hard to understand how a loose wire has led to both lights operating from one dimmer module.

Are there any other switches involved with those 2 lights?

No other switches at all, right dimmer does dining room (2 ceiling lights) and left dimmer does kitchen (1 ceiling light).
