Hi
I have an oldish F&E system with a single Honeywell 2-port valve. The valve body (not the motorised head) seems to be stuck in the closed position. With the motorised head removed I can turn the valve with my fingers but no heat gets through to the rad side. I have a new Honeywell valve waiting to be fitted, but will I be able to fully drain down the system if water can't pass through the valve?
Just to add... the valve controls the radiator circuit (rather than the HW), which I think makes it an M-plan??
Thanks.
