1.. i have a direct debit set up with a certain satelite TV company for £47 per month but ive noticed on my statment this month ( 1st Oct )that they havent taken it ( always on the 1st ) can i go and treat myself or shall i keep the money in an old shoe box ? is there a ruling that after a certain amount of time i can keep it ? or after they have spotted their mistake they can debit my account 2 months on 1st Nov ?
