2 Radiators (out of 5) not heating up properly

I live in a flat and got a Combi boiler (with 5 rads) fitted 3 years ago. Now 2 of the Rads dont heat up properly (only get a very ligth heat from them) the other 3 are working fine. Now the bathroom bath hot water tap only comes out luke warm whereas the bathroom sink and kitchen sink tap come out hot?

Any idea's? I have tried bleeding all the rads.

Do the cool rads have thermostatic valves - these stick closed. Remove head and push the pin in - it should be springy.
Does your bath tap allow more water flow than the others? Turn it down and the temperature will be higher.
