This is the crystal ball thing. BAS is good with these. You clearly have not a clue. I would not use a consumer unit waist of money a FCU with 5A fuse is good enough for lights. Why would you use a 10A MCB for lights? As to sockets sorry SWMBO has called.

Post picture of what you have and what you have done.
Does the garage CU have an RCD on it? is the that in trip position are the MCBs open or closed?
What test have you done on the work?

How did you wire it to the house?
Is it into the Consumer Unit or a lighting circuit by chance?
What type and size of cable have you used between the Shed and the house?
What was your continuity and insulation resistance reading before you turned it on?
Are you aware of your responsibility regarding Part P and BS7671?
Did you inform Building Control before you started this work.

Two-way consumer units often don't have a bus bar, so unless you know how to fill in the missing piece, get in a man who can.

They should come with a toothed bridge piece made of copper, consisting of three prongs, and a plastic shroulding on the lower part - the prongs go into the live side output of the main switch, and the inputs of the breakers respectively.
The Neutral terminals are connected by a length of heavy cable to the neutral side output of the main switch.
