In the pub last night, I told a mate that I had just purchased the Festool angle grinder that will run on my festool guide rails. He asked what the depth of cut is. I told him that it was a max of 30mm.
He does commercial concrete pouring and asked if Festool do one with a greater depth of cut. I told him that they used to do a 230mm version but seem to have discontinued it.
If I search for "angle grinder guide rail", the only other model I can find is a 125mm Metabo that doesn't seem to be available in the UK.
I had assumed that Hilti might make one but cannot find one on their website.
Can anyone recommend any other brands that do them. Ideally, it will connect to a dust extractor.
