25mm mdpe to 15mm plastic

hi guys, was hoping for some expert advise.

i need to fit a kitchen sink in a mates garage and the current pipe is 25mm mpde. he wants to tee of this with 15mm speedfit pipe. ive been unable to find a 25mm to 15mm reducing tee. can someone please advise if theres a special fitting available?
