Black and Decker part number 32024 is a 75mm x 13mm wheel - maybe you could cobble up an arbor to suit?
I used one of these to grind up lathe centres - worked too!

what size is the hole, not bothered if its to big, it looks just what i need, i have just bought a boxford little giant off e-bay
I think the standard B&D arbor is 12.7mm mate - parallel shanked to fit a normal drill chuck.
