3 in one multi-purpose oil in petrol lawn mower

i put 3 in one multi-purpose oil in petrol lawn mower rather than engine oil,
is this going to be a major issue?

I suggest you read the manual for the mower, 3 in 1 oil does not sound correct. I would drain it & put in the correct oil.
By the way is it 2 stroke or a 4 stroke.
