3 pole switch

Hello all, I have purchased a new bathroom switch and the old one had a click connection would be grateful for comment on how to wire using new switch configuration

I have been replacing sockets from white plastic. I am inclined to leave as cannot find a replacement that isn't white plastic with a fuse

You didn’t mention the metal requirement. Click (and other makes) do the fan switch and a fuse module in their grid range. So you’ll have to do some research. I doubt that you’ll get a fuse+a 3-pole switch In a single plate.

you could put the fuse somewhere else....or maybe you don’t need a fuse, it depends....

What finish are your new switches?

If they are chrome for example, you buy this plate:

Then undo the two little silver screws in the bottom of your first picture. Remove the white faceplate and discard. Slip the new chrome one into place and refit the two screws you removed earlier.

Install a wire to link your new face plate to the earth terminal in your backbox and then screw the plate back to the wall.

Hey presto pretty chrome switch and no confusing connecting of wires to worry about.
