Just fitted Worcester Greenstar 30 Si and mistakenly replaced my trusty RWB9 Siemens programmer (+ Drayton analogue Roomstat) with the Worcester "programmable" DT20RF Digistat. I have quickly realised this is expensive junk giving minimal control. Worcester's website has poorly explained/overly complicated details of the workings of controllers and their tech guys naturally only recommend their own control products as compatible so I'd really appreciate suggestions for a replacement programmer which does similar to what the Siemens did, i.e..
CH/HW = 3 on/off daily settings + separate weekend settings
1 hr ON setting *very useful*
CH/HW Advance setting
LED 'ON' indicators & backlight
...OR..since all the old cables are still in place, can I connect the RWB9 to the Greenstar (3 amp) without incinerating its pcb?
