30mm thick flush door - supplier/alternative material

hi everyone,

im having difficulty sourcing a 30mm thick door for cloakroom toilet.
the door will measure 600mm wide and will be fitted with a sliding door gear (floor mounted type). space is limited as the hallway is very narrow with a panel radiator on the opposing wall.

and could anyone recommend a supplier in Ireland?
if I have no look with a supplier, are there alternative materials to form a door from such as ply, mdf etc that will hold its shape?

any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
