4 cable ceiling light

Wondering if anyone can sort out my dilemma, trying to fit a ceiling light and have 4 cables coming through the ceiling 3 have brown,blue and earth while the 4th has 2 browns and one earth which order are these wires connected???

Is there a second light that comes on with this light?

There is another light in the room but it is operated by a separate switch

Always silly to assume but as you have a double brown I think it is appropriate to suggest the following in this case.
You will require 4 joints, I've shown as stars.
Please note I have altered the position of the cables from your original sketch.
