Hi, hopefully someone can help me! we live in an old building with a tank tank fed water system. we have tried sveral water pumps to boost the water for teh bath but had three different ones, each time they either stopped working or leaked. I was advised that a twin head negative pump would do the job but once again it has failed. we obvioulsy have low water pressure is there anyway we can boost the water close to the bath? we are actually live about a hotel so the it is not straight forward to get a feed direct from the tank. please help me!

Are you sure you're installing the pump in accordance with the manufacturers instructions? Generally they should go as close to your hot water cylinder as possible, with a proper fitting on top to stop air getting in. If you've put it under your bath it may well be drawing air in which will kill it in no time.

Stuart Turner Monsoon pumps have a five year warranty, so if you buy one of those and install it correctly and it fails you'll at least have warranty cover on it
