How can the battery be changed in the plip?

The radio has side light illumination of the controls but the radio/display is not illuminated.

Fuse 16A is OK.

Yes, but you may have to be quick, on Renault ones if you dont change it within 10 secs you lose everything & need an expensive reprogram (so I'm led to believe)

The side light illumination is likely just because there is 12v there.
Does anything work on the radio?
