40mm drain pipe connection to an inspection chamber

Hi, I've the following Floplast 3 port inspection chamber installed in my garden:

I now need to connect a 40mm drain pipe from a shower into one of the inlets. So I dug up and came aross what is shown in the image. Am I supposed to cut a 40mm hole through this or is there a fitting available? (Could not find anything suitable on screwfix website).

The chamber has 110mm connections. You would fit a bit of 110mm pipe then reduce it down above ground.
