40mm to 21mm converter...

I need to replace the boiler outlet which is 21mm - it has to go into a 40mm MARLEY 90 degree compression elbow...

what do I use...?

what exactly do you mean by boiler outlet, I imagine it's the condensate pipe, if so try going to plumber's merchant.
