4500sq ft house which boiler?Also told to get a rotex system

We have just moved into a 4500sq ft house with 27 radiators. We were told we need a 50kw boiler but which one and would it be more efficient to have two?

We were also told to get a rotex system to provide hot water as it take a few minutes to get hot water in kitchen then we don't seem to have any left.

Any ideas what would be best, 1 or 2 boilers, which boiler, is rotex a good system?

Have you done a heat loss calculation on the house?

Have you added the heat outputs of each radiator?

Sounds as if you would be better off employing a professional!
