54mm cast iron pipe to 42mm connection.

I am trying to plumb a sink in our old mill and it has a 54mm cast iron waste pipe.
How can I connect this pipe to a standard 42mm plastic waste pipe coming from the new sink please?

There are ranges or rubber adapters attached by jubilee clips.

I have a good stock of them.
