8.5 inch torus skirting

does anyone know where i can get some 8.5 inch torus skirting? its to match some that is already in my dining room, however when the previous owners had a hideous 80's tv stand built they removed the skirting.

have you tried your local builders merchant?

somtimes the profile can easily be made up from say 3" arcatrave and 6" timber the prosses of planing and molding removes 6mm from the timber size so 3"=2 3/4 and 6"= 5 3/4" which gives you your 8.5"

also to save having to store 2 lots of timber often skirting has a seperate moulding on each side diagonaly opposite

if you cant get the depth you require you might have to but 9" and cut it down.

Where would i get 9 inch from the biggest ive seen is 7 inch?

Try a local reclamation yard or a good timber yard may help
