8ft high feather edge fence no pp ?

Hi all
Housing association have erected a 8ft high feather edge fence on behalf of there tenant Nextdoor between our gardens .
It now dwarfs my existing 2m fence. ( And is not graduated to match the slope )
They have put it on top of a 2 foot dwarf wall which is on the neighbour side also.
I checked planning portal and no planning permission has been applied for

Have you measured it then? How tall is the fence above their garden? Is there a path between your fence and the new one or just a gap? What is the issue anyway?

Nextdoor garden is flat and lower than my side.
They have a 2 foot existing wall now with a 6ft fence on top of it. = 8ft.
No path , there was a gap of 6 inches but that’s where they have filled it in with soil then pea gravel .
Issue No pp for a 6ft fence on top of a 2 ft wall .
