8mm to 15mm pipes

I am replacing a radiator in the bathroom. The existing pipes are 8mm. I want the visible pipe to be 15mm stainless steel to compliment the new radiator. Are there standard convertors that do this job and are there any points i should consider?

don't use stainless use chrome

If you are soldering to the chrome tube you need to scrape the chrome off the part than goes into the fitting - solder won't stick to it.

Can i use the compression type of fitting or will this be too strong for the 8mm stuff?

Agree with kev,15mmx15mm with conversion olives seem better than 8mmx15mm type,npt so likely to leak
