First purchasing three six panel hardboard moulded doors; loaded, arrived and wrappers off; then unusually; checked for bowing; all were bowed 4mm; returned and refunded.

Next day went to another supplier; purchased another three doors; same pattern; started to fit them; whitewood rubbish frames; but fitted to shape.

Next day; time to fit the locks; inside the 25 mm actually 20mm framing left after fitting; chipboard to be drilled out in the mortise for the lock. rubbish construction.

Next day searched for 3 lever locks; spent an hour looking at locks and finally nearly bought some but to find that all faceplates were bent; it seem their whole stock of 1,000 locks were the same; cheap imported Chinese locks.

Today; no hair left; now bald and frustrated; one more door to mortise; chipboard; what a job.
