A S B O Badge of honour

According to the news the scumbags who have been given an asbo are treating it as a badge of honour.
Do you think they would still go around bragging about to their mates if instead of the acronym referring to Anti Social behavior Order , it was meant to refer to, A Stupid Brainless Oik.
Its more apt don't you think as to merit one you've got to be a bit thick.
Can anybody else come up with a better phrase
