Hi,

I have an Accenta 6 alarm that will not set.

The panel backlight is working and shows there is power to the panel but I am unable to set the alarm. It has not been used in sometime if that makes a difference?

I did set off the panic alarm less than a month ago and it was reset successfully but not used since.

This is what the panel looks like.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

When you enter your code what lights are lit on control panel ?
Did you reset the panic button with the little key ?
If the button is pressed in you need to reset with the key.if no key you can use small screwdriver take cover off PA button, slide button back to postion replace panic cover enter code and press reset on keypad

The only lights on the panel when I enter the code are Day and Power.

When I tripped the panic alarm I entered the code on the panel and pressed reset. There is no key for the panic button.

Here you go.

It's not been attached to the wall for some time and unrelated to this issue.

That looks reset to me
When your enter code you say no lights lit ?
Is the setting tone constant or intermittent ?
Are you using the default customer code ?

Thanks for your responses.

There is no setting tone, the panel is not making any sounds.

There are no change in lights when entering the code, the power and day lights remain constant.

It is not the default code.

Thanks
