Hi All i have The Accenta 8 Mini Alarm System I currently have 1 Siren with Strobe Unit connected to front of the house and a internal Siren , I wanted to know if i can add another Siren at the back of the house Into the Accenta 8 mini control unit.
I cannot see where i could connect up a second siren on the PCB according to the Manual wiring diagram.
Both external Sirens Are Texecom odyssey 1E
Thanks

Yes you can.
You will need run bell box in SCB mode due excessive current draw also select low current jumper on pcb of bell box.

It will connect in to the same place as the existing bell, however you will have to series the tamper returns

Hi Ok So Do i put the Jumper on the front house siren into SCB and LC on the Siren Box PCB . Or Just on The Rear Siren box which i am going to fit.
And then double up on the wires from the Accenta control unit to the rear house siren?
Sorry new to this !

Hi So run same core cable from the Accenta Control unit ,( Double up) and run that to the rear house Siren?

Wire the second bell box in the same colour configuration as the front
Put jumper on lc mode on rear box
Put jumper on scb on rear box
Inside control panel you will need to series tamper return for both Bell boxes.

Bit of a Update i opened up the Control unit and this is how currently how the wiring is wired up does it look right?
I have not wired up the second bell box yet but thought I would take a look inside the panel.

Another thing When i opened up the panel the backup battery is knackered , now the one in there is a yuasa 12v 2.1ah and the Accenta booklet says battery to be used between 1.2ah-2.1ah , looking online there are 2.3ah ones listed will those be compatible or stick to 2.1ah?
