accenta g3 alarm keypad not working

power light on main box is on but no lights on keypad want to check fuses in main box but will alarm go off when i open it. how do i shut down so i can check this

Alarm wont sound if you have the engineer code, or open lid and silence with user code.
How are you going to test fuses?

your fuse for the keypad in the main CP is blown

Fuse F2, its clearly labeled.
But find out why it blew before you replace it with a new one.
