Accenta G3 mini service warning beeps

Hello, we have an Accenta g3 mini alarm control and keypad, it has started driving us mad with its service beep. One beep every 5 minutes.

We have the user and engineer code for it, could anyone tell us how to shut the thing up?

Try entering engineers and exiting.
Or go into engineers and find FLAG B, SERVICE TIMER and turn it off.

Its off at default anyway.

I have tried entering engineers and exiting it but it carries on.

Flag B is part of engineering,
If you have the code and no book you will struggle to find this without destroying the current programming. I suggest you contact your company who installed this.
