Accenta G4 power issue

Hi,
I had reason to disconnect mains power yesterday for some maintenance. This morning, I went into the living room without turning alarm off! I then turned it off and tried to reset but couldnt. The RKP’s were saying reset but keys were unresponsive. I tested all fuses in spur and panel - all ok. I checked power using a volt stick (not ideal I know) and it showed power into transformer but nothing out. The power lights on the panel and RKP’s are off but the PIR’s are working. The panel will work on the battery but only for a short time so I obviously need a new battery but the fact that power is going into the transformer but nothing coming out on the volt stick hopefully means that the transformer is dead? Where can I get a replacement quickly please?

Are you sure the fuse between the 240 in and 240 to the transformer hasn’t blown ? Also I don’t think a volt stick will give a reading on the transformer…

I checked the fuse with a multimeter (continuity) then left MM on so battery went dead! Hence using volt stick. I had voltage right into the transformer so fuse must be fine?

Is the texicom r8 transformer the same?

I think it does fit and works ok , am sure I’ve fitted one before in that panel …
