Accenta Mini G4 – setting menu not complete

Hi, I have a set of Accenta Mini G4 (8SP399A) with Accenta LCD keypad (8EP417A). When I enter its engineer mode, it goes straight to 0> Walt test. I can also get into 1> Alarm test and 4> Time and date.

The problem is I can’t get 2> Test Outputs, 3> System Flags and P> Set up Programs.

Can any expert give me some hints? Thanks.
