Accord eng manual needed

Hi,
I'm after an engineer manual for an ademco accord panel (square keypad not xpc).
I have found the user manual on ukpanels.com

Any help appreciated as all I need to do is reset codes.

I tried star and hash on power up (same as accord xpc) but that didn't work.

A lot of the user functions are similar to the xpc.

Hopefully I can get a reply soon as I have today off and would like to get it sorted .

An old topic but I need to refer to a engineering manual that I haven't got.

The tamper light is flashing on this system - Honeywell, Ademco Accord. Can't be reset with the user's code. The system was installed and "maintained" by a firm who are no longer available.

Any offers for the cause and the manual?

I've now got an installation manual, this is for the Accord "XPC" dated 2001, is their another later Accord model? The unit I am concerned with has a rectangular keypad as opposed to the one shown on the XPC manual, if this makes any difference.

If you can't reset it then you have a tamper fault and need to find it.
