ACO to foul water connection

Hi all,

This feels like it should be a simple question! I'm re doing a patio (Well, the old one was some slabs on top of dirt but y'know...) and I want to put in an ACO drain. I only have a combined sewer, so foulwater drainage.

Unless I'm totally missing something, only the HexDrain Pro line has a foul water adapter? If it is what it is, that's fine, but I feel like I'm missing something!

Does the normal sump unit also act as a U bend? Or do I definitely need the seperate adapter?

Sump units don't automatically come with an odour trap afaik so check spec with supplier/manufacturer.

Spoke to a supplier and they said to just put a p trap under the aco. Feel a bit silly now, haha! Just expected it to be integrated I guess
