Hi
I have a leaky flat roof (just shy of 20 metres square) which is just typical since next spring I'm hoping to build above it and do away with it for good!
So I’m after a temporary fix to get me through the winter months.
Looking around the Wickes “Acrylic Waterproofer” looks reasonable given that it says “its special formulation allows it to be applied in wet weather.” Admittedly it more costly than standard bitumen, but with our weather I’m not sure if there’s going to be dry day this side of Christmas!
Has anyone had any experience in using it? Does it do what it says or is the added expense just a waste of money compared to the bitumen?
Any advice greatly received for my temp fix
Many thanks
HB
