add new light switch

hi all,
i want to add another switch to existing light so i can operate it 2 ways in another location at the moment the existing light has 2 gang switch one for another light and one for the light i wish to make 2 way any help would be appreciated

Do you know if your lighting circuits are wired in the '3 plate' method by any chance ? As in no neutrals at the switch in question.

Doesn't make any difference - adding a switch at another location via a 3C+E strapper is the same whether the neutral is present at the original switch or not...

I was just thinking that when it comes to connecting the wikki only shows 3 plate wiring, and thought it best to confirm if 2 or 3 'plated' in case the neutrals 'confuse' the issue.
