Hi, I wish to add 2 new radiators to my central heating system which is micro bore, people at work say I have to add them to a manifold, but some say it would be easier to 'T' into the nearest rad. I have checked that the boiler can cope and all seems ok for the 2 small rads I wish to fit. 1 is upstairs the other down stairs. Can any one tell me yhe easy and best way to do this. Thanks Linda ;)

Hi you can do this a few ways, check the manifolds you should have 1 up and 1 down to see if they have spare connections if so just connect to them, 1 pipe to the flow and the other to the return manifold and repeat for the other radiator. If no spare then you can tee into the feed flow and return pipes that go to each of your manifolds. yes the easyest way would be to tee into a near by rad but for best results would be to do one of the first 2 solutions
