adding a radiator to glowworm 40

hi i need to add a radiator and fix a couple of leaks, but not 100% on how to fill and drain the system.

i can see the posible drain point?..please help to stop nagging wife

do you have a feed and expansion cistern in the loft (small black plastic box with a ball valve inside and with a 1 inch copper pipe curving back into it)?
