Adding an Additional light HELP

Hi I have in the bedroom a single gang light switch with the following conections, Com - grey, L1 one black and one blue wire, L2 two brown wires.

I am wanting to connect a light in the loft a replace this single gang switch with a double.

How do I connect my new wiring blue and brown to the com, L1 and L2 of the new switch.

I have read in the forum that not all single gang light switches have neutral, if mine does not were can I pick this up, and how can I test is deffinately neutral.

its a 2 way swithc so has no neutral,

look in the sticky or wicky for more info
