adding dishwasher to existing sink waste unit

Hi Guys

Hoping you can help. I will soon be the owner of this sink (as in it'll be disconnected and shipped to me). It's got one spout for a washing machine. I need to add a second spout (or something!) to connect up the dishwasher. What's the easiest way to do this please?

I may well end up getting a plumber in as I expect the existing water supply pipes won't meet up easily with the sink. I'm guessing mains piping is difficult to fix up / change?
