Initially I thought a standpipe adapter that takes two waste pipes would be the answer, but I now think it may be best to add a nozzle to the standpipe for the washing machine and insert the dryer drain out hose into the top of the standpipe, the top of the U trap is 11" from the ground, if I use a cradle to keep the washing machine hose elevated a few inches, would this be ok, added some images for ideas.
Thanksi

The 2 pictures of trap appliance spigot adapters you posted aren't for a standpipe, they for connecting to a sink waste/trap and adding an appliance spigot into it.

If you want to use a standpipe for 2 outlets then you original idea of a double adapter for the top of it would probably work best.

Why can't I use the spigot into the standpipe us there any technical or legal reason why I can't do that

You can, but you wouldn't normally use the traps in your pics. Those traps are adjustable height traps for fitting to sink wastes. Unless you want to replace the whole standpipe for the complete sink trap of course

If you want to use standpipe that's there then probably the easiest way to do that would be to get a compression tee and then use a compression spigot adapter in the leg.

Looks good, what height should I cut the T piece into, believe there's a minimum height from the ground thank you

Not really a min height no - min height on the standpipe maybe and that's just to stop it overflowing when appliance is being drained by the pump, leave at least half the vertical standpipe then slot the tee in. Say up around the level of the appliance valve.

Thought the minimum height was to be above the washing machine drum water level to prevent Syphoning

Thanks
