Laying vinyl tiles on a plywood floor in my garage/workshop. I'm using 610 x 610 Tarkett Vylon Plus tiles but the floor does not have a clear area like a living room due to an in-set car lift fitted in the floor in the centre of the garage. Therefore I have a lot of cuts to do.

With this in mind what would the is best adhesive for this application plus I would like the ability to replace any tiles which might get damaged due to the workshop usage.

How long a tack time does Bal F44 have? How strong is the hold if I used the Bal F2 release compound first? Expecting the job will take several sessions over a few days so can the adhesive be removed/cleaned off the floor where I don't get time to lay the tiles?

Is it better to put a thin layer of adhesive on using a roller rather than the notched trowel process?
