Hello, looking for advice on methods to adjoin existing suspended timber flooring into new concrete slab.
We have knocked through an old bay window to create the opening, the both floors are same level but looking for advice for most rigid solution to span the two rooms, it will be open plan with the same flooring throughout. no UFH & dont really want to screed, as i would then have to screed the entire ground floor to not have a change in level elsewhere...
best option i can think so far is to overboard with 18mm ply and fix at 200c's, then a flexible self level over the conc to bring it flush?
