Adjustable pipe centre bath mixer tap with shower

My tub is somehow making my life difficult in finding a bath mixer with shower attachment that will fit... the pipe centres are 19cm apart but all the taps that I can find are 18cm... does anyone know where I might be able to find some that will fit? The only ones I could find were Bristan and cost 400+ each... a bit crazy I could replace the tub and get a modern tap for less than that...
