adjusting old(ish) profile 22 patio doors

Hi - any thoughts on the feasibility of how to adjust these - opening leaf has dropped by approx 6mm? Each leaf has 4 hinges - thanks in advance

Pencil or butt hinges, very old and have very little if any meaningful adjustment, the top of the hinge pin MAY have a very small hexangonal hole for an allen key, loosen the little grub screws on the side and then turn the pins through 360°, if correct they should pull the door over, if not then the glass nees repacking in the frame call toeing and heeling
